Printable Sweet Potato Casserole Recipe

Ingredients:

1. 4 cups mashed sweet potatoes

2. 1/2 cup sugar

3. 2 eggs, beaten

4. 1/2 cup milk

5. 1/2 cup melted butter

6. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

7. 1/2 cup brown sugar

8. 1/3 cup all-purpose flour

9. 1/3 cup melted butter

10. 1 cup chopped pecans

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

2. In a large bowl, mix together mashed sweet potatoes, sugar, eggs, milk, 1/2 cup melted butter, and vanilla extract. Spread evenly into a 9×13 inch baking dish.

3. In a separate bowl, mix together brown sugar, flour, 1/3 cup melted butter, and pecans. Sprinkle over the sweet potato mixture.

4. Bake for 25 minutes in the preheated oven, or until golden brown.
